Our buckwheat filled Aromatherapy Comfort Bags are made with dried herbs and spices. While they will retain their aromatherapy properties for a long time, they will begin to lose some of their scent over several months, especially if they are heavily used. You can start with a dried-herb filled bag, or choose unscented, and use your oils as you'd like. Simply warm the bag either for a couple minutes in the microwave, or about half an hour in a crockpot. Or freeze in the freezer for several hours to enjoy cooling relief. Then add your oil either on a cotton ball inserted in the pocket, or just drop some essential oil on the flannel top of the pocket.
